As professional designers, we reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received from wholesalers are not of the quality suitable or the exact flowers are no longer available to complete delivery in time.
In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.
For major changes we will try our best to contact you before, exept for timed orders, same day delivery and major Flower Holidays.
Please keep in mind that flowers are a natural, perishable product to work with and therefore might not look like a copy of a staged picture. Each design is custom made here at our flower shop by our wonderful staff and no two arrangements look exactly the same.
